About GrantWin
GrantWin is a grant consulting and training firm founded on a simple belief: good stewardship of public funds starts with people who understand the full weight of the responsibility. That means informed grant teams — people who prioritize learning how to protect taxpayer dollars, not just meet the minimum requirement.
We believe federal grant financial management training should be mandatory for every new grantee and that it should be an approved cost in each award budget.
Our team brings 80 combined years of experience as recipients, subrecipients, pass-through entities, and compliance monitors — and GrantWin was founded by a former federal official.
We have developed custom training solutions or led in-person or online training for organizations including the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, CDC Foundation, Southwestern Adventist University, National Disability Rights Network, the New Jersey Grants Management Office, and others. Our approach is recipient-centered — training built around what it actually takes to manage a federal award, not around one compliance topic in isolation.
About GrantWin's Training
Â
Every class, cohort-based training, workshop, live training and case study in GrantWin Academy comes from work our own team has implemented for our clients and from our 80 combined years of experience managing federal, state, and local government grants from over 20 agencies.
We build training the way we'd want it built if we were the ones sitting across the table from an auditor: practical, current, and honest about what compliance actually requires.and at a federal agency.
Practitioner-Built
Every module is developed and reviewed by people who have managed federal awards — not instructional designers working from a regulation summary.
Full Lifecycle Coverage
Our catalog follows the same path your grant does, from pre-award research through closeout — including subrecipient monitoring, cost allowability, and internal controls.
Accredited and Recognized
GrantWin is a NASBA-approved CPE sponsor, and select courses carry CFRE and GPCI points — so training hours count toward the credentials you're already maintaining.
Close the Compliance GapÂ
Every training solution is built by grant professionals who've managed federal grants, prepared for single audits, and championed compliance. Explore courses built by people who've identified and closed real compliance gaps.
