Learn grants from people who have won and managed them.
The GrantWin Collective is a membership for people new to managing grants and for people who have managed awards for years. You get four phases of on-demand training, a peer community, and monthly sessions with working grant practitioners.
SEE WHAT'S INSIDEWhich path is yours?
I'm new to managing grants
You took a grant-funded role, inherited an award, or run a young nonprofit where grants fall to you. The Foundation phase starts there, with how awards work and what you are agreeing to when you accept the funds.
I manage awards
You already answer for reporting, subrecipients, audits, or cost allowability. You need depth, and you need peers who will test your judgment against theirs. The Partner and Strategist phases cover the work as it happens after the award.
I lead or consult
You run grant programs, advise others, or own a firm. The Leader phase, monthly masterclasses, and a private space for firm owners are built for you
Why this exists?
Most grant training is a single webinar or a course on one topic. Most associations serve everyone, so they cannot go deep on any part of the work.
The GrantWin Collective does the opposite. It follows the full grant lifecycle, from pre-award through closeout, and it is taught by actual practitioners, not lecturers or theorists.
It does not replace the associations you belong to. It adds depth to them.
The GrantWin Grant Collective is your hub for community, upskilling, and connection in every phase of the grant lifecycle.

What makes the GrantWin Grant Collective different?
The GrantWin Grant Collective is different because....
We go deep, not wide. We move beyond surface-level skill-building, we develop well-rounded expertise across the full grants lifecycle — acquisition, management, compliance, and growth.
We learn together, not alone. The Collective is built for community-based learning, practical advice, and supportive dialogue — not one-way lectures.
We meet you where you are. The Collective is designed for continuous, multi-perspective, dynamic conversations with and through its members.
We help you see what's next. Whether you're aiming for your first grant role or your next leadership move, we help you map where you want your career to go.
