About Patrice

I'm the founder and CEO of GrantWin Consulting. I'm a federal grant consultant with 20 years of direct experience and I've obtained and managed $300 - $400 million in federal and other government grants from over 20 federal, state, and local government agencies.

I started applying for and managing federal and other government grants at national and local nonprofit organizations and a top research university. 

I was also a public health analyst at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) who partnered with project officers and research grantees, including recipients of Small Business Innovation Research grants. 

I also served as the fiscal consultant during site monitoring visits of state agency recipients of federal grants.

I'm a member of the National Grant Management Association, the Grant Professionals Association, and the Georgia Grant Professionals Association.

I'm also a mother of three young adults. I love to travel, watch foreign movies and read international fiction.

GrantWin Academy was developed to be a central online location for "recipient-centered" federal grant training.

Our approach to training is to teach the technical aspects of federal and other government grants and how to implement them in the real world. 

We work with a team of professionals with in-depth experience in instructional design, animation, and other relevant skills to create customized grant management training.
